Informal resolution first

Before pursuing formal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting support@convertthosefiles.com with a clear description of the issue and the resolution sought. We will respond in good faith within a reasonable period.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your jurisdiction apply.

Venue

Subject to applicable mandatory law, any dispute not resolved informally shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

No class actions

To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes must be brought in an individual capacity and not as part of any class or representative proceeding.

Severability

If any portion of this dispute-resolution policy is found to be unenforceable, the remaining portions remain in full force and effect.
