How we respond
If you upload a file the selected tool does not support, the conversion is rejected and a clear error is displayed. No partial or silently failed output is returned.
What is typically unsupported
- Proprietary or legacy formats outside the documented list.
- Encrypted files without the required password.
- Corrupt or truncated files that fail validation.
- Files exceeding the documented size limits.
