Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Relationale LLC, Keiron Brown, ConvertThoseFiles.com, and their respective officers, employees, contractors, contributors, licensors, affiliates, technology providers, third-party conversion providers, successors, and assigns (collectively, the "Protected Parties") from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:

Unlawful uploads or unauthorized file processing
Copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property infringement
Misuse of the platform or its educational content
Submission of prohibited content (see the Malware & Prohibited Content Policy)
Violation of the Terms of Use, Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law
Violation of any third party's rights

Defense

The Protected Parties may, at their sole option, assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification, in which case you agree to cooperate with reasonable requests in connection with such defense.
