Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Relationale LLC, Keiron Brown, ConvertThoseFiles.com, and their respective officers, employees, contractors, contributors, licensors, affiliates, technology providers, third-party conversion providers, successors, and assigns (collectively, the "Protected Parties") shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages — including, but not limited to, damages arising from:

• File conversions and conversion outcomes
• Formatting changes between source and converted files
• Conversion failures, errors, or rejected uploads
• Unsupported features or omitted elements
• Corrupted uploads or corrupted output
• Interrupted or incomplete downloads
• Third-party service outages or performance issues
• Data loss, including loss of originals not separately backed up
• Reliance on educational content or platform documentation

User responsibility

You should maintain independent backup copies of all original files before using the platform, and verify converted output before relying on it.

Jurisdictional variations

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in those jurisdictions, the Protected Parties' liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
